fa مروری بر کاربرد ترکیبات گیاهی در حفاظت بیولوژیکی آثار کاغذی در مقابله با قارچ‌ها کاربرد علوم، فناوری‌ها، تجهیزات، مواد و روش‌های نوین Application of modern sciences, technologies, equipment, materials and methods پژوهشي Research, Original, Regular <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">تخریب زیستی آثار کتابخانه‌ای یکی از مشکلات جهانی و گسترده‌ای است که از دلایل اصلی آن می‌توان به فرسایش و نابودی اسناد و کتب خطی به ‌واسطه عوامل بیولوژیکی، به‌ویژه قارچ‌ها، اشاره کرد. این نوع تخریب با سرعت بالا پیش می‌رود و در مدت‌زمانی کوتاه می‌تواند آسیب‌های جبران‌ناپذیری به آثار وارد کند. با توجه به ماهیت آلی و آسیب‌پذیر کاغذ، و نقش قارچ‌ها به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی تخریب آثار کاغذی، به‌کارگیری روش‌هایی برای پیشگیری از رشد قارچ‌ها و کنترل آلودگی‌های قارچی، در حفاظت از این آثار، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در سال‌های اخیر، به دلیل خطرات زیست‌محیطی و عوارض جانبی ناشی از برخی ترکیبات شیمیایی، تمرکز پژوهش‌های زیادی بر استفاده از ترکیبات طبیعی، به‌ویژه گیاهان دارویی با خواص ضدقارچی، معطوف شده است. در این مقاله، تأثیر گیاهان دارویی مختلف در جلوگیری از رشد قارچ‌های آسیب‌زا بر آثار کاغذی بررسی شده و نتایج مربوط به اثربخشی آن‌ها بر گونه‌های مختلف قارچی در آثار تاریخی کاغذی، گزارش گردیده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span garamond="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">The biological degradation of paper-based historical artifacts is a major concern in cultural heritage preservation, particularly due to fungal contamination. Fungi thrive in environments with high humidity and poor ventilation, rapidly breaking down cellulose fibers and causing irreversible damage. Although chemical antifungal agents have traditionally been used for prevention and control, their adverse effects on human health, the environment, and sometimes the artifact itself have prompted a search for safer alternatives. This review explores the current literature on the antifungal effects of medicinal plants relevant to the conservation of paper-based artifacts. It presents a synthesis of studies on the active compounds in plant-based treatments, evaluates their effectiveness against common paper-degrading fungal species, and highlights practical applications involving direct use on paper substrates.
